Nisa Sanchez

A self-taught digital artist from Belize City, Nisa Sanchez has collaborated with various Belizean authors and poets to bring their stories and visions to life. Passionate about the art of storytelling, she has published webcomics on online platforms such as Webtoon Canvas. Her academic background includes associate degrees in Fine Arts and Architecture, as well as countless books and resources that, over the years, have nurtured her love for art and storytelling.

She has illustrated children’s books such as Mahagni Gyal and La partera.
